Content is our main growth channel. We recently crossed 1.2 million downloads on iOS and Android and grew more than 10X last year - and the vast majority of our users discover us through short-form UGC on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Now we're looking for the right talent to keep building on that momentum and turn it into a scalable system.

We're looking for someone analytical and creative in equal measure - the kind of person who reverse-engineers why a video performed and turns that into a scalable framework. As Lead Content Strategist you'll own our creator program, scale what's already working, and build the briefs, templates, testing calendars, and feedback loops that drive sustainable growth in user acquisition. If you want to build a career in content and UGC in a capacity beyond creator, this role is for you.

What you'll do

  • Design TikTok-native UGC concepts, hooks, and formats that can be tested, iterated, and scaled across multiple channels and campaigns.
  • Find viral formats on TikTok and Reels, then adapt and apply them to LingoLooper's target audience and product.
  • Review the data to see which formats are working and which are failing, then use it to learn and iterate fast on what our creators put out.
  • Work closely with our creators: clear guidelines, aligned content examples, and direct feedback.
  • Create content yourself when it makes sense - for example, demonstrating new creative ideas to the creator team.
  • Spot opportunities to use AI and automation to speed up production, learn faster, improve creator workflows, and scale output without scaling headcount.
  • Work directly with Dani (CEO) and the marketing team on strategy, priorities, and creative direction.

Who you are

  • Chronically online - a natural doomscroller with a genuine intuition for what makes people stop scrolling and engage.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and turning it into actionable strategy.
  • Ambitious - someone who wants to make this role their own within one of the leading language learning startups in the world.
  • Experienced in tech UGC (as a creator is fine; as a strategist or coach is a bonus).
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, organized, and passionate about striving for excellence.
  • Interested in language learning - you get why people love LingoLooper.

Bonus: you have a background in computer science, know how organic content feeds into paid, or you've scaled a content operation from scrappy to systematic.
