From Skeptic to Superfan: How LingoLooper Changed Ivan's French Journey
Ivan was skeptical at first--but giving LingoLooper a chance brought him unexpected connection, confidence, and the daily speaking practice he couldn't find anywhere else.
We're excited to share Ivan's experience learning French with LingoLooper. Like many of us, he's tried just about every app out there--and almost skipped this one too. But a few Reddit comments convinced him to give it a shot, and it turned out to be a turning point:
"I have used a lot of language learning apps. Some are more gamified than others. When I discovered LingoLooper I thought, 'oh another language app for kids' and I almost dropped it. Luckily I pushed through due to the recommendations from comments in Reddit.
That was one of the best decisions that I made on my French learning journey. Everything that I needed starting from word by word tap translations, vocabulary bookmarks, impromptu voice conversations, and so much more is on this app. They definitely deserve the cost of the subscription. The value is tremendous.
Although the gamified look and UI may turn away serious and older audiences like myself, the user experience isn't something that can be replicated by other apps available today. TRULY A HIDDEN GEM. Even though I started my formal French class, it's hard to find people available to speak with especially about random things.
Here, you can talk about anything. I even used it as my personal French therapist haha. The fact that you can build relationships with the AI people that you meet opens up another immersion level that ChatGPT can't provide.
But don't take my word for it. Use their 7 day free trial and use it thoroughly. This might be the comment that can change your language learning journey just like those Reddit comments for me."
