The Service is an AI-powered language learning application designed for users aged 13 and above. It allows users to practice interactive conversations with AI avatars. The Service is currently in its early access phase and is offered for free for testing purposes.
LingoLooper offers its language learning service through various subscription plans. Details of the subscription options, including the services included, pricing, and duration, are available through the app.
Lumi Labs AB reserves the right to change subscription fees, available plans, and adjust any pricing related to LingoLooper’s service at any time as we deem necessary. Any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will take effect following email notice to you.
User Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Interaction: You must conduct yourself respectfully and responsibly, especially in interactions with our AI avatars and other users.
Trademarks: "LingoLooper" is a registered trademark of Lumi Labs AB. Unauthorized use of this trademark is prohibited.
Content Ownership: All content on the Service is the property of Lumi Labs AB or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. You are not granted any rights or licenses to use any trademarks, service marks, graphics, or logos of Lumi Labs AB or third parties.
Lumi Labs AB reserves the right to refuse access to the Service to anyone at any time, for any reason.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
You are responsible for your use of the Service. Prohibited activities include engaging in harmful speech, violent language, racism, sexually explicit content, or any actions that could flag the Service for inappropriate use. Repeated prohibited activity may result in temporary suspension.
By Lumi Labs AB: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service without prior notice or liability for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

While the AI avatars in the Service provide a realistic experience for language educational purposes, they are powered by algorithms and their responses may not always be accurate. Lumi Labs AB is not responsible for any inaccuracies or misinterpretations from these interactions, and we encourage all our users to exercise judgment and discretion during interactions.
Lumi Labs AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
